Delivery within the UK is FREE (standard mainland UK areas only, see below for extended areas).
We aim to dispatch your product from our warehouse the same working day upon payment being received if ordered before 2pm (unless otherwise stated on the advert, excluding weekends and bank holiday's), your product will be shipped on an overnight service with DPD Local (except remote areas and Ireland).
- If you are not home when DPD Local tries to deliver, a calling card will be left and a 2nd attempt will be made on the next working day, if you are not home for the 3nd attempted delivery, DPD will leave instructions for you to choose an alternative re-delivery option.
- The Courier will hold your parcel at their depot for 4 days after the 1st attempted delivery. If you do not contact them within this time your parcel will automatically be returned to the UK Custom Covers warehouse and a further shipping charge will apply for redelivery.
- No delivery appointments can be made.
If you have included your email address or mobile phone number with your order, tracking details of your parcel will be sent to you via e-mail or text message once your parcel has been checked in with DPD Local, you will also be able to track your parcel by visiting www.dpdlocal-online.co.uk and entering your tracking number where it asks for the reference number.

Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, some NE postcodes, Scottish Islands and Highlands plus all other Islands off the mainland.
Additional charges are determined by location and weight and can be substantial for delivery to any of the areas listed above. If in doubt please contact us for a quote before purchasing an item, we will require your postcode, item number and product name.
Wherever you live, UK Custom Covers will endeavour to deliver direct to your door.
Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received for goods and delivery charges.
Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. It is the recipient's responsibility to obtain details of these charges from Customs and Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched.
UK Custom Covers cannot be held responsible for delays in customs clearance which may incur storage or other charges outside our control.
