How to order

We accept orders at any time via our website secure shopping cart.

Payment Currency

Our website pricing is available in either Canadian (CAD) or US dollars (USD). Use the currency drop down selector to select your currency of choice.  We purchase our stock in USD and this is therefore the currency we use to set pricing. The current Bank of Canada exchange rate is used to calculate the conversion to Canadian dollars for customers who prefer to purchase in CAD.

Your Account and Order History

To view your account or order history, simply login to your account.  There you will find your account details, order history, and more.  You can make changes to your personal information including billing and shipping addresses, email, and password.

Cancelling Your Order

If your order has been placed, but has not been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@northamericancustomcovers.com to cancel your order. If the item has already been shipped, the order will deliver to you and you may follow the returns process to return the item.

Handling time

Our stock is located in New Brunswick, Canada. All orders (except pre-orders) will be processed and shipped within one business day.  Orders placed before noon eastern time, Monday to Friday will be shipped same day.

Tracking My Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track its status.  Additionally, you can log into your account to retrieve this information once it has been posted.
